The following conditions apply to all bookings at Sofitel Adelaide.

Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. A valid form of photo identification acceptable to Hotel Management must be supplied in order to process your check-in.

Payment in full is required for all accommodation upon check in (if not prepaid in advance).
An additional amount of $150.00 (or other agreed amount) will be taken as an authorisation to secure any incidental charges which may be accrued during your stay. Any remaining balance will be released to your account following your departure. The time taken to release in to your available funds varies depending on your financial institution.
If you are settling your account with any debit or credit card, please note that a payment card transaction fee, which is currently 1.4% of the amount charged, will apply.
All guests are personally liable for all charges made by any person to the room account (regardless of whether such charges are made during the hotel stay or expressly authorised by the guest who is recorded on the reservation) and for any damage to the room and associated hotel facilities caused by the guest or any person using the room and associated hotel facilities with the consent of the guest.
To preserve the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, Sofitel Adelaide maintains a No Party Policy within all guest rooms and suites.
– Parties, functions or events are not permitted in guest rooms or suites
– The determination of what constitutes a party or disturbance rests solely with Hotel Management.
– If such activity is identified, Hotel Management reserves the right to request all occupants and visitors to leave the premises immediately.
– Charges may apply for any damages, cleaning, or disruption caused to hotel property or operations.
– Guests found to be hosting a party may forfeit all payments and deposits, and Sofitel Adelaide is not obligated to refund or waive accommodation costs in such cases.

Terms and conditions upon which it is agreed that this motor vehicle is accepted by the undermentioned hotel, its servants and agents.
Please ensure you have removed all valuables from your vehicle.
1. All vehicles are parked at the Customer’s risk
2. The Hotel will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever of or to the vehicle, its accessories, contents or the provision of services in respect of the vehicle however any such loss or damage may be caused and whether by the negligence or otherwise of the Hotel or of any person acting with or without the authority of the Hotel. The terms of this condition shall extend and at all times apply whilst the vehicle is parked or otherwise in the Hotel custody or control or whilst it is being moved or driven by any servant or agent of the Hotel.
3. The Customer authorises the Hotel to do every act, matter and thing that the Hotel considers desirable or necessary for it provide the valet services, including at any time and from time to time entering the vehicle, moving or driving any vehicle left for parking.
4. The Hotel may deliver the vehicle to any person producing the Hotel’s official claim check or offering such other evidence of ownership or authority of entitlement to receive the vehicle as the Hotel may deem satisfactory. The Hotel may retain the vehicle until the Hotel’s official claim check is produced or until so satisfied. Parking charges will accrue under this condition until the vehicle is delivered in accordance with the foregoing. The Customer releases and agrees not to hold the Hotel liable for delivering the vehicle to any person, provided this clause is satisfied.
5. Employees, servants or agents of the Hotel have no authority to accept goods or articles for safe custody from any person and the Hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage (no matter how or why it occurs) to any such goods left on the Hotel’s premises.
6. No agent, servant or representative of the Hotel has authority to alter, modify or waiver any of these conditions.
