Do you offer valet parking?

Sofitel Adelaide offers valet parking for $60 per vehicle per night. When you arrive at the Porte-Cochère (driveway), our friendly Concierge will assist you with your luggage and confirm the valet details.

Do you have any self-parking options?

Sofitel Adelaide offers multi entry access to the Secure Parking Plaza Car Park, located at 14 Solomon Street, for $30 per vehicle per night. Guests can access the carpark using their bank card and then see our Front Desk team to obtain a unique QR for all exits and entries thereafter.

Car park, valet and self-parking restrictions:

Please note that the carpark is unable to accommodate vehicles over 1.95m in height. The carpark is operated by a third party, therefore is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during high-demand periods.

Is parking complimentary for Accor All and Accor Plus Members?

No, unfortunately parking is not complimentary for Accor All and Accor Plus Members.

Do we have a loading bay to park vehicles whilst guests unload?

Yes, we have a Porte-Cochère (driveway) accessible from Burnett Street or guests can briefly park their vehicles on Burnett Street, which is just off Currie Street.

Which room types have baths?

Our room types with bathtubs are Luxury, Luxury Club, Junior, Prestige, Opera and Presidential.

Do we have spa baths?

No, we do not have spa baths.

Can we guarantee interconnecting rooms?

No, we have a limited number of interconnecting rooms, so it is subject to availability.

Do we have a spa at the hotel or offer in house massages?

No, but we can recommend our trusted suppliers to come into the hotel.

Can we arrive earlier than 3pm?

Early arrival/check-in is subject to availability. If the room is ready, we would be happy to provide access otherwise we can store your luggage whilst you attend a meeting, use the gym and pool facilities or a have a coffee or drink in Déjà Vu Champagne Bar.

What are the pool and gym hours?

Our pool and sauna are open 7am to 9pm. Our gym is open 24 hours.

Is reception 24 hours?

Yes, our reception desk is open 24 hours.

Do we need to book Déjà Vu?

No, Déjà Vu is a walk-in bar; we do not take bookings

What kind of cuisine does your restaurant serve?
