As part of Illuminate Adelaide and in celebration of Fête de la Musique, the annual French festival honouring music, dance and cultural connection, Sofitel Adelaide invites you to experience Symphony of the Senses. This immersive evening of music, light and gastronomy is inspired by Sofitel’s French heritage.
Joining Sofitel hotels around the world in this global celebration of the arts, Sofitel Adelaide proudly presents a one-night-only event at Garçon Bleu. The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will perform throughout the space, creating a captivating atmosphere where sound and flavour intertwine.
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of canapés, from delicate South Australian kingfish crudo to refined French-inspired creations. Premium beverages including Pommery Champagne, fine wines and signature cocktails will be served throughout the evening.
As the night unfolds, the iconic Sofitel Candle Lighting Ritual will illuminate the room. Musicians will perform beneath a warm glow of candlelight, creating a truly sensory experience.
