With the capacity to seat up to 45 guests banquet-style and host 80 for cocktails, Symphony can be tailored to suit your specific needs. This space can also be divided into halves: Rosé and Merlot, or quarters: Bordeaux, Blanc, Noir, and Rouge, allowing for intimate event spaces for various occasions.

Adjacent to Sofitel’s Club Millésime on Level 10, you’ll find our Executive Boardroom. It is the ideal choice for board meetings or discreet events, benefitting from the exceptional executive club service provided by Club Millésime’s dedicated team. The Executive Boardroom accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for focused discussions or private meetings. Additionally, we offer access to a staffed interview room, ensuring that business travellers have everything they need for a successful event.

Introducing the Soirée Room

Also located on Level 10, the Soirée Room is a beautifully appointed event space designed for occasions that call for intimacy, sophistication, and a boutique atmosphere. Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the Soirée Room showcases elevated views across the Adelaide skyline, creating a striking backdrop for daytime or evening events.

This bespoke space is ideal for private dining, executive meetings, creative workshops, or cocktail gatherings. Its flexible furnishings allow you to shape the room to suit your event, while the adjoining Wine Room offers an additional area for breakout discussions or more personal moments. The Soirée Room accommodates up to 30 guests in a boardroom-style layout and up to 60 for cocktail events, making it a refined choice for hosts seeking an elegant and self-contained venue.

The Presidential Suite for Exclusive Events

For the most elevated gatherings, the Presidential Suite offers a unique combination of luxury, privacy, and style. Perfect for executive retreats, VIP meetings, or intimate celebrations, this suite provides a sophisticated environment with bespoke furnishings, premium amenities, and sweeping city views. The Presidential Suite accommodates up to 6 guests for lunch or dinner and up to 15 for cocktail-style events, creating a truly exclusive and memorable experience in the heart of Adelaide.
